Bride really didn't want fondant so I used a Cream Cheese Buttercream, to go with the Vanilla w/ Pink Champagne filling, Key Lime, and Strawberry cakes. So much harder to get smooth! Perfectionist that I am, I finally had to say "good enough" :)
