Got an order from a woman stating "I have a friend who makes cakes but she only does fondant cakes & I hate fondant." White cake w/ 6 & 9 inch tiers. BC icing. I used the "I" from an alphabet cutter set to make a random brick pattern on the cake to match the towers. Purple Royal icing accents on the Wilton Castle kit towers, door & windows (my 1st time using Royal - LOVE IT!) The Princess is a smash cake. Her skirt is made from a jumbo CC & a regular size CC. For the torso I put a large marshmallow on a lollipop stick and covered w/ BC. Only fondant on here is the princess' head, crown & arms. Client said the baby grabbed the head, shoved it in her mouth, made an "ewww, nasty" face & spit it out!
