Customer wanted a 3 tier baby shower cake replicated from another cake they saw. I think more detailing could have been done, but it's all about what they wanted. The colors in the picture didn't show to well, but its a baby blue and brown cake. I had 3 cake orders to turn around within 24 hours and ran out of frosting, so I used melted chocolate for the letters. All butter cake - 10" filled with bavarian, 8" filled with chcoolate, 6" filled with strawberry. Ganache under fondant (still trying to perfect) THIS WAS MY FIRST 3 tiered cake job. I used straws for support.
