This cake is for a little boy turning 6 whose dad is with the Arkansas State Police. His mom told me he has wanted an ASP cake for the last 3 years! Lol. I made a 6 pointed star template and cut out of 12" round chocolate cakes. The state seal is hand painted on gumpaste.
