Shelby Cobra cake for man whose wife wanted "I can't drive 55" on the cake. My daughter came up with the suggestion of the car running into the sign with the slogan on it. The customer loved the idea and it was a big success with her husband, as well. Carrot cake with cream cheese filling and covered with MMF. This was my first car cake....I'd done several trucks but no cars before this.
