Friend asked last week if I could make cake for this friday. Silly me agreed knowing I had a wedding cake for the same day. 3 tier, petal pan, spice, banana cream & chocolate w/choco ganash. fondant flowers & Numbers. Royal icing drop flowers, covered with bc. in white & lt blue.The heat index outside was 100+, but the show had to go on (both of them), even with no AC. Made sprays of white tulle & silver balls. 1/2 round balls of cake in center with fondant roses. Delivered this one at 2:30 then drove to next location 1/2 hr. away with the wedding cake. Luckily both cakes were a success. Is there a location on CC that helps with packing & transporting? that was the biggest challenge.
