Twins coming, one boy, one girl

This is a three tier buttercream cake, bottom layer chocolate fudge cake, top layer vanilla cake. I baked cookies, iced them with royal icing and used them to decorate the cake and form the blocks at the top. Used ribbons and purchased baby shoes for the topper
