They are made up of chocolate candy melts that I individually cut for each one, I believe they sell square candy molds which would have made life easier but I didn't have time to get them. TFL :)
I'm sure they will look great goingplaces, Tishie18-the balls are cake pops, cake mixed w/frosting and rolled into a ball and the dipped in chocolate.. I wish I had a mold, I never get perfect circles!!
Sconley, I rolled thin stips of fondant for the top with a small round for the button, for the actual tassel, I rolled out small tear shaped fondant and flattend them, then made the marks with a cutting tool just enough to make the indents w/out cutting the fondant. They were very easy to make just timr consuming, especially when your making 48 tassels! HTH
These look great I made some for my daughter graduation party and I am not sure who told me but Bed Bath and Beyond has a great scool that has a place in it where you can push the balls out perfect everytime. The scoop is will all the other gadgets and it is only $3.00 it was the best money I have spent lately it makes it so easy and all of the balls are the same size. Hope this is helpful.
