This is the cake I did for the Wilton Tall Cakes class. I wanted bright colors and to work more with fondant. Two flavors of cake (butterscotch and chocolate) covered in buttercream, then fondant. Still need to work on getting the fondant smooth and keep it from tearing...Flowers, circles, and balls made from fondant.
