Cap is rice crispys, covered in chocolate and gumpaste. Everything else is MMF. Completely edible. Bottom tier is chocolate with chocolate ganache. Top tier is white cake with strawberry buttercream and strawberry filling. was told by the customers it was the BEST tasting cake they ever had :)
