Waterfall

This was my neice's graduation cake. She wanted it Hawaiian themed with a waterfall. All BC frosting. Waterfall is cookie icing brushed with piping gel. Hut is chocolate with pretzel sticks, roof is chocolate with toasted coconut. Palm trees, stars, shells, pineapples & rocks are chocolate. Top layer is surrounded with pirouline cookies. Sand is crushed graham crackers. Flowers are fake.
