My husband and I love Christmas villages so I did a cake village for our housewarming last Christmas. One is Butter Pecan (using the Nordicware fantasy house pan) the other is Cappuccino using the Wilton House Pan. Decorated in fondant, buttercream, candy canes, pretzels and nuts, christmas trees are royal icing over ice cream cones, all edible except for the light post, mailbox and two gates.
