My first attempt at a Little Mermaid themed cake. Ariel, Flounder, and Sebastian are all gumpaste as well as the seaweed and orange coral. The seashells, starfish, and rocks are chocolate and I used brown sugar as sand. I added blue, teal and iridescent disco dust to the blue fondant to give it the shimmery water effect. This was at lot of fun to make and the look on Brianna's face when she saw her cake was absolutely priceless! TFL!
