This cake was for an engagement party but could also work for an anniversary. It was a traditional butter yellow cake with chocolate ganache and buttercream filling, and topped with a chocolate buttermilk buttercream frosting. I piped stars on the border, used melted white chocolate to pipe their monogram, and garnished with white chocolate curls and dark chocolate shavings. Choco-licious!
