Despicable Me Minions Birthday Cake. This is was greatest challenge. I had only been decorating cakes for less than a year when I made these. I was worried they wouldn't come together when they were only yellow bean bodies...but once the overalls and goggles went on, I was pleasantly surprised. I almost didn't want to give them away.
