Another Practice Wedding Cake
This was another practice wedding cake, I used cake dummies. Frosted in rolled buttercream. I got this idea from someone in the galleries. Instead of using gold to paint with I used rouge flame luster dust, it turned out darker than I thought. I was hoping for a mauve color but it looks more bronze to me.
Probably a stupid question.....how do you paint only a portion of your cake....is that royal or buttercream decorations?

I used the impressions, then piped it w/ buttercream and used luster dust mixed with lemon extract to "paint" it that color
