Angry birds cake for my son, who loves the game...vanilla cake with a chocolate ganache, pb bc, and peanut buttercup filling.. The cake was sooo good!..The birds and pigs were made of fondant as were all accents, the dark wood pieces were made of modeling chocolate. This was my first time making and using modeling chocolate and it was so easy and fun.
