My moms favorite flowers are Gerber Daisy's, so I attempted my first bouquet cake. Its only a small one, 6" rounds. Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting. The dome was constructed of Rice Krispy treats covered in fondant. All flowers were made from fondant.
