This is a castle cake made for an 8 year old, pink crazy girl! Made of strawberry flavoured sponge with buttercream icing. The cake and the turrets are covered with ready to roll icing and decorated with pink buttercream and white marshmellows. This was the 3rd cake I've ever tried and all the little girls at the party loved it. The birthday girl didn't even want to cut it up!
