First time airbrushing a cake. The base "wooden plaque" is chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream, covered in mmf, detailed, air brushed then lacquered. The fish is carved chocolate cake, also covered in mmf, air brushed and coated with sparkle dust. I'm very happy with the way it turned out! TFL!
