these are beautiful. Did you use any kind of template/stencil for the designs? Are the doilies part of the cookies... template?

Thank you so much for the kind comments. The doilies are paper and were placed just as shown in individual celo bags for each child. I folded the bags over and sealed with a sticker. I used photos of lace doilies as templates to pipe the royal icing.
