My nephew wanted a ghost rider cake for his 7th birthday. Such a manly cake but, then he asked for it in strawberry so when it was cut he had a pink ghos rider cake. Too funny, any how he really like it and I was happy with the end result. The cake is iced in BC with fondant accents. The skull I made with RKT coverd with white fondant and used rum/gel colors to add depth to the skull.
