I think this lady should run for a living! Her passion is running all the time whether it be for sport or leisure she's doing it!! She actually organized the 5K Benefit Run I mentioned for my "Lady Bug Cake." These are Jumbo Chocolate Cupcakes filled with Peanut Butter Cream and decorated with Vanilla Buttercream. You'll notice in the picture with multiple cupcakes that two are not decorated. Her daughter prefers them plain - jane! ;)
