In community album: Anniversary
Last year, I made this cake (in larger scale) for my brother-in-law and sister-in-laws wedding. For their first anniversary, I recreated it in tiny form - it stood a little taller than a soda can. I'm a little sad that my color mixer (aka hubby!) made the green a little too minty.

what size pans did you use? And the green looks fine :)

Thanks Creolecakes! He's a pretty good helper - he just wouldn't let me redo it because he sees dollar signs when looking at fondant, so I've been giving him a hard time ;) Lol!

Tinascakes8085 - thanks - it was supposed to be a lighter green to match the wedding cake I did for them last year - it's in my older pictures. The pink band was also too dark, but he forgot how strong Americolor was compared to Wilton! The bottom tier was 4" and I used cookie cutters to cut the middle and top tiers. The middle one was about 2.75" and the top tier was 1" - it was a bit smaller since it needed to have the blossoms on it and still look proportionate.
