This was a personal size (6inch round pan- 2 layers) lemon cake with raspberry cream cheese frosting, covered in white chocolate ganache (colored pink) for a co-workers birthday. The ganache never set quite right and was sticky....at a loss as how to decorate at that point, I placed some fresh red and yellow flowers on in desperation.
