Made this Beach Themed wedding cake for some close friends. It is covered in "Sky Blue" fondant, and decorated with white chocolate shells. The shells were individually painted with edible coloring and then brushed with white pearl dust to soften the colors. And yes, we made the platters of chocolate creams also.
