I loved making this cake and was so pleased Id practiced on a castle for a friend first! The tower is 1 foot tall RKT with white choc to strengthen and was made in three sections. Although quite top heavy it travelled without a hitch for 30 miles even over speed bumps and potholes! **After several PMs I've written a wee guide and added it here- sorry if you saw it seperately and it disappeared- I hadn't realised a guide counted as duplicating a cake upload so it had to be removed :( Have fun! :)
