I had some left over chocolate mudcake cake batter, so made a basic round with it. Then I coverd it with leftover ganache, and wrapped it in leftover chocolate. My leftovers cake!

The spots and swirls were just playing around. Now I see it finished I think it looks nice and wish I'd paid more attention to doing it neatly. But oh well, it still looks yummy and cute. I'm going to make some berry coulis to go with it, and my husband is going to take it into work to grease up to the admin ladies :)
