White chocolate fondant with fondant flowers with touch of purple. Bottom tier was supposed to be on my large silver cake plateau but the table at the venue wasn't large enough to hold it. While I ran home to get batteries for my camera, the florist put flowers around the bottom and poked them into the cake!! That wasn't part of the design - but ruined the bottom so there was nothing I could do. Top 2 tiers - carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Third tier - chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream & raspberry truffle filling. Bottom tier - white cake with buttercream and strawberry mousse filling.
