This was made for a 1 year old, whose name is Jet. Hence the plane theme. It was my first truly sculptured cake. Lots of anxiety on this one. I used some balsa wood for the wings, tail and rudders. It is light thin and able to hold it shape and easy to cut. Would have loved to make it all eddible but had to be realistic. Fuselage made with white choclate mud.
