This is a white cake done in the school colors of the graduate. Their mascot is a bulldog. This bull dog is a piping gel transfer onto fondant. Normally I do them on the cake but due to my Air Conditioning not working and the rainy humid weather the cake would just not crust over properly to allow for it. It was a hit at the party none the less. :)
