I made this for my daughters last day of school and her teachers retirement. She was watching Amazing Wedding Cakes and saw the Cake Girls picnic cake and fell in love. She wanted a picnic basket and some food too. All vanilla butter cake with chocolate ganache and vanilla mousse fillings. Covered in marshmallow fondant, and basket made of modeling chocolate wrapped with weaved fondant.
