This cake is supposed to look like a piece of sushi. My daughter had a sushi-themed birthday party this year. The crab, avocado, carrots, cukes, ginger, wasabi, and nori are made from Duff fondant. The rice is buttercream, just piped on with a round tip. Cake is sitting on a shelf from a cabinet (covered with plastic wrap.) The other pot is fake sushi made from brownies, dipped in chocolate & white sprinkles, then the fish is made from fondant. The center ones are marshmallows dipped in regular and white chocolate & sprinkles. The centers are melted chocolate.
