This cake is German Chocolate with caramel filling between the layers. My 14 year old daughter made the shells and fish (the small fish were purchased)...she hand painted each of the fondant fish and dusted the shells to give them color and shine. Gravel is nerds candy, plants are fruit leather (roll-ups). It was for a young man's 15th birthday and he loved it!
