Giant cupcake made for my work's Australia's Biggest Morning Tea which raises money for cancer research. The cake is dark choc orange mudcake with choc orange ganache. This is the first time I have made a giant cupcake. Thank you very much to Sam Dobbyn for her instructions for the top.
