I needed a quick platter of cookies for my daughter's class for their student intern. I had just seen the really cute rosette cookies on iambaker so I figured I give them a try. She gives recipe and complete instructions on her site. I also had saved momgns graduation cookies last year because I really loved her color scheme of the black, hot pink and white. If I had time I would've let the cookies dry another day because they were very fragile and I needed to use a much bigger platter than I would've liked because I was afraid to stack them. So if you do the rosettes do give them 48hrs like iambaker suggests
