I made this cake for my daughters 14th Birthday. It is vanilla cake with bavarian cream filling, iced in chocolate ganache. Top tier is chocolate cake, with whipped ganache filling, iced in buttercream and covered in fondant. Bow is made out of gumpaste. This is my second topsy turvy, I still need to work on getting it cut right. Maybe one day...lol! Thanks for looking!!!
