Were all the service ribbons from the retiree's actual duty tours?

Newfern: Yes they are all his service ribbons received throughout his 20 year service career. I requested a copy of his ribbon rack from the spouse who order the cake for him and I just replicated them using fondant.

The ribbons wrapped around the entire cake too, so there were more ribbons not captured in this picture.
