Made this for Alyssa making her 1st communion. bottom tier is choc/vanilla mousse and top tier is lemon/lemon mousse. Precious Moments topper was supplied by client. bottom tier quilted with pink dragees, & we used a cross cookie cutter to make impressions in the fondant and dusted with baby pink edible powder, cala lilies and forget me knots are made with gumpaste. Alyssa and Mom loved the cake.
