A cake made for my good friend Nadine, who requested I recreate the meadow (complete with grizzly bear!) where she and her husband got married recently, in Banff, Canada. I thought I'd bitten off more than I could chew but once it came together (3 gumpaste brides down the line!), I was happy with it. The bride and groom were delighted, and that's what matters.
