This was MY FIRST extreme cake. The little girl requested a red-velvet/cream cheese frosting cake with sea turtles and waves. I was thinking OMG what have I gotten into? Well thanks to this site and all the creative ideas, inspirations, recipes, tips & tricks...... I was to successfully achieve this! :) After that cake, I thought I'd be done with cakes; but seems to be an addiction because I'm ready to start another one :)
