This cake was ordered for a police officer's birthday. Obviously he doesn't take himself too seriously. He can't eat chocolate so the cake is a white cake with a banana pudding filling. The leopard print thongs were requested because of a story of a very wild arrest he was involved in once. I never heard the story which is too bad. Thanks to EliseaWood here on CC for the inspiration.
