this was my first topsy turvy cake and it came out just the way i wanted. all buttercream with gumpaste butterflies hand painted, i didnt really like how the butterflies came out but i know next time how to improve, thats all i can ask for! :) i used a cookie cutter to make the flower pattern on the top tier.
