I made 10 of these double sided bouquets for centerpieces for our teacher appreciation luncheon. We decided to stick with the school colors of blue and yellow and just do springy looking flowers rather than "school" things like apples, books etc. PTO was going to give them away as door prizes at the end of the lunch.
