The flowers are a 50-50 mix of white gum past & fondant, then painted. Made some Freesia Flowers because is the flower of the 7th year anniversary. Dusted with Copper powder because is the color of the 7th anniversary. Was a chocolate cake with caramel filling. Delicious. ;)
