Rum N' Raspberry Custard Filled Cupcakes

A lightly rum-flavored cupcake soaked in a buttery rum syrup and filled with a raspberry custard, then topped off with the smoothest not-too-sweet cream cheese frosting. Made for my friend Joy's birthday =).
