I wanted to try using Fondant, and I understand the concept...I couldn't get the white cakes leveled, which should've been an eye opener. I didn't get the buttercream crusted. (Should've frosted it much earlier.} The fondant didn't drape well...lesson learned. I'm in my second week of basic cake decorating.
