This Little Mermaid cake was almost three feet long. It was made out of two 12 x 18 cakes. It is a yellow cake with a buttercream filling. The cake is decorated with buttercream icing. The fish and seashells on the sides of the cake are made from white chocolate. This cake was alot of fun to make. The little girl it was made for really loved it.
