Looks beautiful. What did you use as the template for strawberry shortcake.Is it a mold or did you pipe it somehow with the chocolate?

Thank you so much! I printed the picture off the Strawberry Shortcake website. I taped it to a cutting board and place wax paper on top. I then "piped" on meltd chocolate. Once it was set, I just peeled it off the wax paper and placed in on the cake. It wasn't hard, just takes a lot of time and patience.
