My friend wanted a 'conventional' cake (ie not 'themed') for her son's First Holy Communion, but he wanted something to do with his favourite football team - Arsenal. So she found a fabulous cake picture online by frostingsbyjudy.com and we adapted it - so the colours are for his team! 9" rich fruit cake covered with marzipan and sugarpaste. I discovered that I WON'T be taking up mosaics as a relaxing pass-time, LOL!
